Surgery of bladder,prostate in males,bladder,fallopian tubes in females is done through a suprapubic incision .

suprapubic means abouve the pubic area, or between the navel and genitalia. A 5 inch scar might indicate a c-section. Is the patient male or female? Is the scar vertical or transverse (c-sections are almost always transverse)? Is the patient old enough to have been pregnant?

its a result of having a tube inserted so that one can have a urination bag attached. the result of one cannot not go urinate on their own either from blockage or disease.
