ive phoned around about getting it repaired but no one seems to want to know about it.when bought 7-8years ago it cost about £1700.its model number is CE32WP3-B.would it be worth getting it repaired anyway?and what could be the possible causes?

in todays world it is almost always cheeper to buy new that repair to be honest, sorry mate

I had the exact same model - lasted for years - the tube has gone - not worth repairing to be honest! You probably can't even get the tubes now!

Sorry dude - off to the TV shop and buy a new one

it will cost you more to fix than it would to buy a new one.it will simply be a frated wire that connects the speakers not alot but then consider how much work it is to get to and then find and then replace.also you cant replace the one wire it would have to be the whole coil.

You should try to get it repaired but as you didn't buy a good brand I think you can't expect some help from them.

Sounds like one of the boards has burnt out.
