Its so hard hard to be around fast food ans not eat but then again i want to lose weight

Stop eating the food you serve - or if you must eat it, opt for smaller portions and more healthy options like grilled chicken. Try to avoid drinking soda - the free drink is nice but if you're drinking 3-4 cups a shift then that's a lot of extra calories. Try brining your own food to work instead of eating the fast food and stop at the store and pick up a bottled water to drink before you go to work.

The big one is to exercise more. I worked in fast food for nearly 6 years so I know you do plenty of moving around at work. If it's reasonable, walk too and from work rather than driving or getting a ride.

Eat only the salads.

Otherwise, read the calorie counts they have out nowadays on each type of item. Pick 3 things from the menu with the lowest calories. Those will be your breakfast, lunch and supper.

Okay, maybe you can have a cookie for a snack.... (grin)

Eat less and exercise. Try to eat more vegatables and fruit(and therefore less fatty foods).
Your job with fast food is not you career, so quit and work at a retail store if the temptation for food is too great.

Pack a lunch.

Think about what all the oil in the food will do for your heart & arteries....

Associate gross things with the food you think would taste good. Repeat it to yourself over & over throughout the day and you will start not to want it.

what you eat has some part to you loosing weight. the main thing you need to do in order to loose weight is get off of your butt and exercise. keep the same eating habits but exercise everyday. every chance you get. in order to loose weight you must, no way around it, EXERCISE. once you start exercising your eating habits will change. good luck
