even if i eat a lot of good fat food i am not getting fatter.
help me!!!

Go to your doctor and ask for some Maxijul, it will give you extra calories without the damaging fat.

just eat more of healthy food, and be sure to exercise at least 30 minutes everyday. Eating fatty foods is no good. You should get into the habit of eating lots of healthy foods. Eats lots of carbs such as pasta or meat.

go to burgerking and eat 2 angus burgers. then to the pub and have 4 pints of stella. this will slow you down and so result in some weight gain.obviously not allot but after this you should be able to get fat

well i don't know how small you are but if you are small enough that it is concerning you maybe you should see a doctor. Also, don't eat a bunch of unhealth fatty foods to try to gain weight. Eating right is important for everyone no matter how skinny you are.

i ate a lot of food but i am good now
but the first thing: do practice it help to your body to absorb food
the second :you should know that you should reach to the appropriate weight it is relevant to your length
and use only natural food

I used to have the same problem and once I hit my twenties I started to gain weight. Now I want to lose it again although I'm not exactly what you'd call fat.

You might have a high metabolism like me (I'm 37 and weigh just over 7stone). However, it might be worth getting checked out at your doc's. They might do a blood test on your thyroids and blood count, etc. It's all free!
