Make daily goals and keep them. Start with a few per day then build up the amount until you have reached your goal.

Get up! You won't ever be able to do anything while you are still sitting down! The first, and BEST thing you can do, is to get up. That is a start.
Make a list, in order by priority. Determine what it critical for today, this morning, or this hour, and get it done first, before you allow yourself to do anything else, or get distracted.
For most people, the satisfaction of seeing things getting done on time will be enough to spur them on, but not everyone is that way.
If you are emotionally detatched for some reason, you might not care if the stuff gets done, even if it causes a problem for you. If this is the case, you need to find some other kind of motivator.
Make yourself a deal (that you need to stick to), and when you have accomplished what you need to for the day, give yourself the reward that has enough meaning to inspire you.
