You must have the luck of the Irish. I am the opposite. No matter what I do I can't lose weight. I wish I had your metabolism.

Wow, I wish I had YOUR problem! Gaining weight is actually a simple equation. If you eat more than what your body can use up, in terms of calories, then you gain weight. You are either getting too few calories, or using up all that you consume. If this doesn't answer your question, why not try seeing a doctor about it? It could be a thyroid problem, for all we know, and there's only one sure way to find out: a medical check-up.

You have a high metabolism - my husband is the same way. He is almost 6'5 & weighs 185 lbs. When he was younger his doctor prescribed steroids, didn't work. He has also used Crenatine (you can get at GNC for weight building) but that didn't work. I think he looks great - and I couldn't imagine him looking buff & honestly wouldn't want him to.

You need to find out what your daily calories burned are and eat above that is how you gain weight.

See a nutritionist. They're not as expensive as you might think. Sounds like you need to take in more calories -- not fatty calories, but bulk.

may be you are takng proper diet... but may its tat you r not eatng healthy...d best way is to hav glucose drinks to gain weight..

thyroid is over active,..see a doctor for therapy

or you have a tape worm.

take vitamins, you should also eat much, sleep well avoid alcohols and stop smoking..
