that's what i want to know too! have you been crapped on a lot as well? it is so confusing when you think you found the right person and they poo on you from the top of a sky-scraper! my version of love is that if you are fully happy then NOTHING else should matter except for that person who lights up every corner of your life. iv'e been taken for a ride too many times not to know this. where have all the mild mannered, good natured men gone. is love dead because of the sick cynical world we live in?

I define love by the unselfishness in your heart. When you care more about that person than youself then you know it's love. Love is never selfish. I once heard that when you love someone they make your heart beat faster and slower at the same time. It just means that they excite you and calm you at the same time. Love is the ability to let go even when you don't want to. Love is many things and it cannot rightfully be defined by words. Only actions.

There isn't a true definition of love. Love is something you find for yourself. It is different for different people. For instance my love is different from what you might experience. It depends on the person themselves. You can have a love for a per or a love for person. Love is what we make for ourselves!

the feeling of not wanting anyone else
the feeling of being complete and whole
the feeling of butterflies when you look in their eyes or they walk into the room
the feeling of the entire world melting away when you are in their arms
the feeling you can concur the entire world knowing they will stand by your side and root you on and not say told you so
