I'm a nurse. Only seeing a doctor for medication works, a prescription. I would schedule an appointment. Ask for samples(their free). I hope this helps you, take care.

ya sometimes it works...but basically social phobia is due to chemical imbalance in brain...and to control ur brain only you r responsible..wht il suggest you is tat try to find most of the places where it occurs wid you and try to work upon it...

No. There are no OTC psychotropics, at least in the US
