It could be a reaction to something you have handled. An allergy or contact dermatitis

Sounds to me like you have an allergy to something, you have been burnt or you have been bitten by something like ants. If you are sure you couldnt have been bitten burnt best bet is to go and see the doctor. Its quite common to get pimple like bumps after an allergic reaction to something you have touched. They look like that because the body's immune system is triggered and the white cells rush to the area that is affected, thats what white heads are except that is a reaction to bacteria. If it is an allergy they will probably give you some medicated cream to put on it. Good luck

Without actually seeing them, it's kind of hard to say. They could be anything from a burn to an allergy. If you can't think of a time recently that you burnt them (either with flame or chemicals), or that you touched anything you could be allergic to (could have been in the garden, cleaning, washing anything really... even if you didn't know you were allergic) then I'd see if it settles down by itself in a couple of days, otherwise, go see a doctor.
If you think it's an allergy, try a pharmacy for a cortisone cream or antihistamine cream.

What's going on is someone is being too lazy and too care-free about their health, that they can't be bothered to go to the doctors.

Rather than be concerned that it might be an allergic reaction to something, or meningitis or something worse. They will happily ask people on the internet, who have no way of seeing or knowing what's wrong with them and are expected to tell from 3 lines of text.

GET DOWN THE DOCTORS

Could be inflammed sweat pores. Wash your hands frequently to keep them clean. They go away in a couple of days, if not see a doctor.
