Ho got my number of a so-called friend and after a few calls I picked up and told him I wanted nothing to do with him. He won't stop contacting me and I'm beginning to get scared. Can the police help me?

If you are honestly scared at this point my advice is go to the police and seek a protective order. Also, there is such a thing as telephone misuse if it is threating in nature, plus harassment, which can be an actual legal charge. Should this continue anyfurther then please do seek some protective assistance before it escalates into something really nasty there are all too many nut cases and stalkers out in this world.

Try to block everything...if you can't, then consider changing your number if possible. If you feel threatened by this man, by all means contact the police. Good Luck and stay safe!!

just try to avoid him as much as you can, make a police report, so he would have the record if ever he tried to harm you, the police would have the right to arrest him. also ask some help from your parents or someone who cares.

tell the police, yes...but that won't necessarily stop him...
ditch the so-called friend too...
you may have to get a new number and a new friend

See if you can block his number first, if that doesn't work threaten him (and possibly follow through) about involving the authorities.

Block his number from your phone. If that fails then change your number. If that fails then get a restraining order.

tell him to back off and go to h.e.l.l. mine did the same thing he waited a few months and wouldnt leave me alone i finally got tired of it and told him to back off that it was over and i didnt want nothing to do with him later and to leave me and my family alone

try ignoring him for a few days and he'll probably stop...nobody likes 2 be ignored

block his number, after dat if he keep callin tell him ur boyfriend is big and will Pound him.
