I bought a "lateral Thigh Trainer" about a year ago and i use it every day (well almost) and it's magic...I have a smaller waist, thighs, and bum!! Trust me...it works!!

But I have just bought a gym ball and if you have seen the 'Princess Perfect' video... Do that... Excellent for toning the bottom and thighs... Great boost for your s£x life too I would imagine... Well, I'm not in a relationship at the moment... but at least I'm prepared for when I am!! ;-)

I went to the gym for 4 years and Toning your but and abs and legs all the down. Get a big ball from the store. Put it behind your back up against the wall and do squats. Its easy on your back and your will get the results. you want.

Walking up stairs is a great way to tone your butt. To lose weight you need to do cardiovascular exercise like , running, swimming, cycling etc.

One of Tyra Banks' shows focused upon this problem by many women and cellulite on their bottom. The gym instructor who was on the show said to do kicks in the air, sideways and forwards.

OH sure exercise but I'll let you into a secret Exotic dancers get their legs and bums looking the best they can be by scrubbing with Coffee Grinds...So don't throw out those grinds in future head to the shower with them....No kidding. you can email me and let me know how you got on

One easy thing to do is when walking up stairs take 2 steps(stairs) at a time becuase this will stretch your muscels more plus its faster

walking up loads of stairs, specially in heels. great for your butt. i work on the 3rd floor and wear heels every day. works for me. horse riding too is really good for toning all over.
