Your BMI is 31.6. which just puts you into the obese catagory. At your height, you should be between 46 and 61 kg to be considered healthy.

Just for everyone else,
78 kg= 171 lbs
157 cm= 5'2

I hate to bring bad news, but... at 5'2 and 172 pounds, you're not just overweight, but actually obese.

If these are indeed your actual measurements, then I have a strong suspicion that you already knew the answer to this question.

yes you are a little over weight do a search to find your healthy bmi but i am guessing its around 68 kgs.
i am 168cms 5'8 and anything over 72 for me is over weight and seing as how your a lot shorter you do need to lose a little sorry for being honest.
personally i am now 67 kilos and need to lose around 2 more to be happy goodluck to you.

If I remember well, it means you're 5'2 and weight 160 pounds, you should weight around 120 pounds

sorry im american, could you convert it to pounds? figure out your BMI (body mass index) and that will give you a good idea of where you stand. Just do a yahoo search for "BMI calculator".
