Try leg lifts...just go on all fours and kick your leg out back then up to the side....do this with both legs for about 20mins a day!! You'll see the difference after a couple of weeks!! Good luck!!

You can easily cure this problem by doing the following yogic exercises everyday (at home itself) and you will see the remarkable change in you..
1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc, etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic.

Lunges and squats and either power walking or jogging. Lunges are great for thighs. Holding weights while doing lunges or squats works really good. When doing squats, spread your legs a little wider than usual and squat. You will feel the pull in your inner thighs. Do about 3 sets of 12 of both and you will slowly see results. Power walking around the block for 20 min or a slow jog will help as well.

If it is your inner thighs you are having problems with, take a ball (like a regualr kick ball that you get at a dollar store), sit on the edge of a chair or couch, put the ball between your knees, and continuously squeeze your knees together. The faster you go, the more fat will burn, the slower and longer your squeezes, the more muscle you will develop. Do both. If it is your outer thighs, then lay down on your side, rest your head on one hand (off of the ground), and raise one leg at a time until you can't do it anymore. Then switch sides. GOod luck!

I would suggest a good walking routine, try and find an area where you live with some beautiful scenery and work out a good walk maybe four or five times a week. the scenery and the fresh air will give you a great feeling of well being. Have a nice day.

You tie the weight to your ankle which is tied to the weight bench. Then you lift your ankle away from your body to work outside thigh or sway your ankle across the front of your body to work your inner thigh. I usua;lly use 15kg weights.
There is another machine at the gym especially designed fo inner & outer thighs.
You sit in the chair and put our legs in the holster & spread your legs out for outer thighs or adjust the machine to close your legs for inner thighs.
(ITS SOUNDS BAD I KNOW, IT CAN GET A BIT EMBARRASSING TO AT THE GYM)
But most of the gyms face the machine to the wall.
Most effective exercise is the weights to ankle.
GOODLUCK

Running is great for the thighs....nasty I know but I go to the gym regularly and do a bit of everything, but running is definitely the best for me! Once you have slimmed down you can tone your thighs with weights, but doing squats with weights on your shoulder.
