ha, what a fantastically silly question!
not sure if you mean someone who already has a mullet, or if you could give someone a mullet who would it be.
I'd like to give victoria beckham a mullet, a really bushy one.

Me, but a receding hair line that started in my late teens has made me shave it. I like it this way though.
