I'm at 10.5% right now, and can see signs of it showing, but it's not concrete.

you need to work on your abdominals by doing cruches forward, side to side and leg up this should get those muscles working but only do them 2-3 times a week because your muscles need rest. 10.5% you can see a sign you may need to go about 5% to see full definition. everyones body is different.

Below 10% it shows in a very encouraging way to keep going through the plateau. It is only then that the progress will accelerate and you'll enjoy it .

Watch the diet carefully......It may appear as STARVATION for anybody else but you know how and why it is done.

Once you get it your system will record the steps and you can easily get it if you lose it.

Well, it should be showing by now if you are around 10% body fat. My husband has 12% body fat and has some clear definition.

That depends on how much you are working on your abs as well as fat %.

i would probally say you should start to see some type of a deep inprint in about and at about 15.5%
