Semi permanent colour? after it washes out will my hair still be black?

my hair is black if i semi dye it, will it go back to my orginal colour or will it be different?

if your hair is naturally black then it is unlikely that a semi dye will change your colour.

and I have never had an experience where a semi dye has tainted my real colour for good, but I have onlydone it maybe three times

Hell Yes.
Dont do it.
Black is sooooooooooo hard to get out wether it be semi permanent or permanent.
Why not try dark brown. I always use Clairol. Its really nice.Looks black but it's not, it has more a reddy black base than black.
And it rinses out
