In order to successfully lose weight, you must know the facts below:
Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
In fact, the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

You cannot just lose weight from your bottom. If you diet you lose weight everywhere and not necessarily from the place you most want to lose it. The only way to get your bottom to look smaller, without surgery, is exercise concentrating on the area that needs most work. Even then you may not lose weight as muscle is heavier than fat, but it will look smaller and definitely more toned. If you combine this with healthy eating you can achieve a smaller looking bottom, but fall off the exercise waggon and you are back where you started. No pain No gain.

Elizabeth M above was partially right. The only way to make your bottom smaller without surgery is reducing fat all over your body. However, excercising just one part of your body as she suggests would do nothing for your overall body fat. In fact, it has been proven that compound excercise (that uses more than one muscle) will burn more fat in a training session. If you're worried that reducing your body fat will make your top half too small incorporate excercise building muscle on your top half (shoulders, arms, back). This will ensure you develop an hourglass shape. Also don't forget cardio 2-3 times a week. Necessary to speed that fat loss.

If you have ever heard of stomach crunches then this exercise will not seem so strange. Butt crunches are the best exercise for losing weight on you bottom. All you have to do is flex, or tighten, you butt muscles and then relax them. keep doing the exercise for about an hour at a time. The good thing about this exercise is that you can do it at your work or at school.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

Always have vegetables on palm. Saute a big bag involving frozen mixed vegetables in coconut oil and garlic. Add some red pepper or maybe turmeric for additional flavor in addition to separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

Distracted dining will get you in trouble. Avoid eating before a television or in a movie theatre, as you're bound to use up more calories.
