I actually started my resolution on Aug 18th 2006, I went back to Curves(after seeing pictures of myself on vacation)! I started by going 5 days a week for 30 mins. but have cut back to 3 times a week; I do a modified South Beach diet and have only lost 7 lbs but I've lost 3 inches around my waist and 4 inches around my hips. I dropped 2 slacks size as well--for which I am very greatful for. I keep a bathing suit in my walk-in closet as my inspiratiion. BTW Jmac3 congratulations--keep up the great work.

January 1,2007 i weighed in at 305 pounds and 53inches in my waist. As of today Feb. 13,2007 i am now 278 pounds and 48 inch waist. I have been doing a soloflex beginners routine on the soloflex three days a week. 1 hour a day on a stationairy bike until spring get here. crunches three times a week. my diet i try to eat only 2000 calories a day. i have lost 27 pounds and 5 inches in my waist because this year i have pushed myself harder than i ever have. i have only had about 4 cheat days since i've started. i'm so proud that i am actually taking control of my weight now.

That was my resolution last year. I lost it by eating a well-balanced, calorie-restricted diet, and exercising. Used the site below to count calories for me and keep me honest.

Wanted to lose 15 lbs, lost 20 after 4 months.
