Im not sure of the cheese and bread you use but the 1 oz of cheese probally has 6g fat 4g sat fat 3-5g protein the 2 slices of bread = 35-40g carbs so its probally 250 to 300 calories

well cheese has around 25% protein, but around 55% fat. brown bread is always better for you though.
