I know there is ONE word to represent fork and knife specifically, but it just can't come into my mind. Can anyone here please let me know. Thank you!

I don't have the one word answer you are looking for, but to see some folks use them, a fork and knife could better be described as a shovel and a spear! Are you possibly looking for something as simple as the word "utensils?"

For just fork and knife the word would be cutlery. For all things, spoons included you go with flatware. Silverware is restricted to items made of silver. CUTLERY.
