Before my mother meet my father, where am I ???

why can't we remember the time before we born and a few year after that, but sometimes when we visit a place or going through some event or problem, we sometimes feel that we've been there, .....but when?? do you ever feel that too, is it plant in our memory before we born or something else,

not sure if i would want to remember b4 i was born..cos then that would mean i would remember my birth..and umm sorry that isnt what i want to remember...i am from south louisiana..cajun..we say that when u remember something that has never happened..its called deja vu..its a paramnesia into the future..mostly occurring from a dream..a dream that u dont remember the next am when u wake up and later comes back to you when ur at some place that seems familiar..
