Hi my son is 7 years old. Last week Thursday he ended up with the stomach flu. He threw up and had diarrea. Then Friday he was fine went back to school. Early Sat morning he woke up and was sick again. Then Sunday he was getting better and Monday he went to school. Now today he woke up with Diarrea and now he is throwing up again! Does anyone know why this keeps coming back for him? Or do you think something serious is going on inside him? I have taken all his sheets and washed them.

Nothing its a simple bacterial infection which has caused indigestion. Take him to a doctor who will prescribe him choromyctin (kid tablet) or its equivalent for 2 days and he will become perfectly alright. But do not delay and let the infection grow as this could lead to serious consequences.

It is more than likely just a virus as my daughter had the same exact symptoms. She got sick for a few days and then got better and then once again vomited.
If you feel unsure about it or he is running a fever then by all means have him checked by a doctor.
For my daughter it took about 2 weeks to run it's course. Until then, plenty of fluids and dry toast!

It could be. Take him for a check-up.
Another thing I noticed is that these symptoms keep occuring when he goes to school. Have you spoken with the school nurse about this, or with the teachers?

It is here! Same symptoms... Virus of some sort, lots of fluids,and pediolite.
