It depends on how quickly I'm going to use the bread. If I know I'm going to be using it alot for lunch or what have you, I'll just keep it out on the counter or in a bread bin. If longer, I keep in the fridge. Sometimes I buy extra and keep them in the freezer.

I work at a hotel where we make breakfast every day and we keep our extra bread in the freezer and the loaf we're currently using in the fridge when we're not using it. Seems to work well.

I store my bread in the freezer. I do not eat it as often as I would like so to keep it from molding this is what I do. It lasts for a long time. If you eat it on a daily basis then you might want to try the fridge or a bread bin...it cannot stay here too long or it can get hard, spoil, or even get moldy...eeeeeewwwwwwweeeeee gross, yuckarama!!!!!!!!!!!!!

During cool months, in a bread bin. It keeps it dry and contains the crumbs, especially for bread like Italian or French that don't have bags that seal. During the summer, in the fridge; otherwise, it goes moldy too quickly.

I freeze it and take out what I need daily. We don't eat a lot of bread and it tends to get stale or moldy if stored at room temp. I tried the fridge but it dries it out.

To maintain the best quality and freshness, we recommend storing bread products at room temperature. Storing bread in the refrigerator tends to dry out bread quickly. If you must freeze your bread, you can use the microwave on defrost, defrosting a slice at a time.
We suggest you use your best judgment and knowledge of your microwave’s power output before using this method of defrosting your bread. The best option is to thaw at room temperature

I store my bread in a bread basket, but I know people who store it in the fridge. The choice is up to you.

We keep a small amount on top of the fridege, for quick use, and the rest in the freezer. Thank you housam57, my husband always wants to put it in the fridge, but I've always heard not to.

In the fridge. I hate the thought of anything fresh being put in a cuboard.
My feeling is it stays fresher in the fridge

If I buy several at a time then I put aboout 6 in the freezer and then 3, or 4 in the fridge. I put them in big freezer bags before I put them in the freezer.
