That depends on what country you live in.

For the US:
http://studentaid.ed.gov/PORTALSWebApp/students/english/index.jsp

I couldn't find a single website for the UK, but each school seemed to have their own information webpage. You might want to google Financial Aid and the name of the school to see.

For other countries, I would google Financial Aid and the name of your country.
