when he is excited he wees on people and if i take him for walk he wees on floor before i get out has he is excited and its anoying

Spaniels are known to do this. I had a cocker spaniel who NEVER got the idea of going outside to wee or the other. Very frustrating and smelly.

I'm hearing you.. I have a 5 Month female puppy staff who has the same problem she wee's over anything and everyone when excited. I am hopping it will be something she will grow out of or puppy classes can change.

Seriously you should have researched the breed.

Cockers are specifially known to be very difficult to house break. Haven't you even heard the joke about the dogs changing a light bulb. The cocker spaniel says he doeasn't need to change the light bulb he can still pee on your carpet in the dark.

This is submissive behaviour.Both Springer spaniels and Cocker spaniels tend to be fairly submissive breeds and a cross breed will inherit this.

Build his confidence with people by getting visitors to give him biscuits and gently stroke him.

spaniels are known for weeing when they are excited but most grow out of it.

I have a spanial, and he was really hard to house train, on top of the excited peeing.

You want to look up a trainer in your area, they arn't too much money and they come to your house and help you. You could buy a book...;)

is it not a cocker spaniel? i have one to it does the exact same. its just the excitement is to much for them its perfectly normal but i got mine trained not to do it so maybe that's what you can do ...good luck

dw i no a lot of dogs who do this, not just yours. is he a puppy? he mite grow out of it so try not to get him too excited in the meantime lol

Sproker ?? do you mean cocker ?? he may grow out of it, its just excitement, emmbarrasing though isnt it.

and your surprised?
both springers and cockers are notoriously submissive breeds
add them together and you get a more neuoritc submissive breed
