I just pulled out a strand of my hair and stretched it about 30 percent longer than its original length so i'm saying its true.
I've got really healthy hair as well so it depends on the condition of your hair.

Most definately false for my hair. I wish it could strech and cover up my balding head.

It all depends on the Elasticity of the hair. Hair that has been over processed will break easy.
