just say it and practice it: -o -as -a -amos-an
-o -es -e -emos -en, o-es -e, -imos -en

are the endings. Write them down everyday, with real verbs, of course.

I'd hate to break it to you, but things like verb conjugations you just have to memorize. I'm not really sure of any memory tools for conjugations. That's just one of the hard things about learning languages - memorizing verb conjugations and learning irregular verbs.

Unfortunately I never found any type of memory tool. Rote memorization is the only tool to use for conjugation of any of the verbs of any languages. Just too many irregular ones to get in the way (except Esperanto, it has no irregular verbs). Vivu Esperanto!
