she will have her mediacl notes at this stage i am presuming, there should be a number for a midwife at the hospital you are planning to have the child at, ring them and explain what has been happening and they will tell you when they think you should both go in.my waters never broke on both my children, but usually you need to wait till they are 5 minutes apart before going to the hospital. (also depending on how far away the hospital is) Good luck and comngratulations to you both

SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? Get off the computer and call her doctor! He knows her, her case and her history. You can just go to the hospital and if it isn't time you can always go back, but better safe than sorry and if she is three days overdue and contracting at all, I can't imagine them sending you home! You say this is her third delivery - this question either has to be a joke or you are just really nervous. Good luck to you!

hi there if they are regular at every ten minutes apart you shouldent wait intil there 5 minutes apart to go to the hospital if her last labor was 1 hour go now is my best advice you dont need your water to break or to lose your mucus plug to be in labor with what your describing the baby could be her with in hours or perhaps days.
go to the hospital now for monitering the worst they can do is send you home congratulations and i wish you luck.

You should take her to the hospital right now! When I went into labor with my son, I still hadn't lost my plug, my water hadn't broken- and especially since your second baby was born so fast, i would hike it to the hospital right away!!! get to the hospital!
Congrats!

.It might be wiser to do go now as her last bub came in the world pretty quick and usually the subsiquent births are usually faster labours than the 1st. I just think for piece of mind its safer there than home .Good luck and wish her all the best.P.s I've had 3 kids and each labour was quicker than the one before.

You should take her to the hospital asap, maybe she already lost her plug, it's hard to tell, hurry before she deliver at home and still can get an epidural

I would suggest you phone your local maternity unit and ask them for advice - explain your child previously came quickly and then see what they say.
If it was me, I would go to the hospital now, but some hospitals dont like to admit you till you fill their criteria so you might waste theri time - do what feels right for you both!!
