what is the file related to management of MYCOMputer?

i know that gpedit.msc is in c:\windows\system32
but what is that file related to when i right click on MYCOMPUTER and select 'Manage'. what is the name of this exe file and where is the path it is located.

MMC or Microsoft Management Console. If you go to start, run, and type MMC, it will pull up an open console. You then go to file, and select add/remove snap in. Select the tools you want to use, and go from there.
