Battered and deep fried a good way to fix them. I was a kid, and my Dad said, "here, eat this," and I did. He asked me what I thought it was[these were the days before chicken planks] and I said chicken. Wrong! Frog legs. I can eat them, if I can put the thought of the living frog out of my head. Really, it is no worse than eating catfish, which are river bottom feeders, or the big cockroach called lobster.Or eating our fellow mammals!
Yes, if they were offered, I would eat them again.
Hmmm, hot cheese sauce. Sounds good! Never saw that on a menu. and, frog legs are available at the grocery, ready for home cooking.

Yes i have eaten them with a garlic sauce and taste much like chicken. In France it is considered a bit of an old dish now and not so popular - contrary to the English belief that they munch on them all day.

Yep, I've had them a few times back home. My dad would go out with his buddy and get them. I've had them lightly fried and also grilled. I think they taste a little like chicken, but the texture is a little drier and stringier. If that makes sense. We had them with hot sauce before, but no cheese. And yeah, I'd have them again.

I have tried them all. Deer is the one I liked the best. I even have a friend that sometimes makes BBQ with deer. The frog legs were not very tasty and the alligator meat tasted just wrong.

Ate them many years ago - a little salty - but other than that not a lot of difference between them and chicken meat. Yes if offered would eat them again

yes, in a garlicky butter sauce. Not bad, chicken-like texture but couldn't taste them because the garlic was overwhelming. Not much meat on them, needed four to make a reasonable meal!

i ate them on a french excahnge, the 'mum' told us they were chicken legs. i wasnt too sure, they looked kind of thin! i ate them in any case as i thought i would see what the fuss was about. ugh. the best bit was when the lady told us she had lied to us (hahahaha) and the spanish girl next to me threw up and then got on the next plane to spain as she felt so humiliated as she had been LIED to and eaten a FROG
i didnt know whether to laugh or cry, i was only 14. ! ! !

Indeed tastes like chicken, a bit softer maybe but it's the idea that's freaks me out. I tasted it once and never again! Never! Frog??
