they was born in 1955 and died in 1982, making them 27 when they died
or
their birthday was in a leap year so they only have a birthday every four years. born on 29 feb 1955
but thinking about it if they only have a birthday every 4 yrs then it would take 108 yrs to be 27, so it should be the first answer then.

their time has been mixed up, or it is their son/daughter that had taken his time(she/he started when she/he was born or later!)
