She is going through the "oh all men or dogs" stage. I never had a girlfriend ,and I really like this girl and I know I will treat her right but the only thing stopping us from being together is her pain from previous relationships. How long until this things blows over? I don't wont to come at her like "oh you know I would never hurt you" because that what all guys say when they try to get laid but I don't wont to have sex with her I just want to be in a meaningful relationship.

Your words won't mean a thing to a girl who's been hurt.
So, show her you WILL treat her better by doing just that without the relationship element. Call her just to talk, take her out or buy her something nice. Little things will begin to prove to her that you truly ARE different. The relationship will happen when she trusts you.
And the only reason girls say 'men are dogs' is because they are looking for the man to prove that wrong.

Let her come to you or else forget it. Any woman that's talking that kind of crap is going to be a pain in the azz from the word "go", and you know it! Why must you have that one? Are there so few girls in the place where you live that you need to take on a 'man-hater' just to get a date??? You have my sympathy...
