He is a godamn maniac (or at least Cheney is) and the thing is the evil is contagious and infecting all of our highest honorable positions and the decease is surely going to mean that America is going to fall! Iran's president is only slightly less insane than Kim Jong Il of North Korea. We don't really want to attack anybody. But if they keep acting retarded about their nuke programs, it will likely need to be done. America doesn't just run around dropping nukes on people. If Iran gets their nuke program up and running, they will nuke the U.S. in a hot minute.

No, the US doesn't want to attack Iran. Bush may be compelled by our best interests and international opinion to do so. However, it should be an international action, not just the US.

I don't think Bush wants to either. There is no incentive to attack Iran whatsoever right now.
There are, however, incentives to continue the fight in Iraq.
