Its easy really. Do some research on them on what they like and dislike. Then create a chance encounter with some help from some friends. "Accidentally " mention how you like something you know they like and off you go. They will think its fate when it just a player making a play. I saw this all in a movie, so I'm sure it works.

Yes It does not totally depend on fate . You need to show your love towards that person to make him fall in love with you...

It is impossible to enforce love unto someone. But you must make an effort and dont just leave it to fate. Just be the best person you can be :-)

It is destiny, You can do some effort to be a good friend but not to change some one feelings to fall in love with you. if he/she doesn't then will never be...but if you accept to be just a friend then yes you can be only that close... (and this is the key lol) who knows..he/she might fall in love later...if not..then there is no chance ever..

You can't MAKE someone fall in love with you. But it's not fate either.
You can only be you and the object of your affection can only be who he is.
If he doesn't love you, it's because he doesn't know you, or you are not right for one another.
Try getting to know him better and allowing him to get to know you.
