My father had a son from a previous marriage. His ex wife had a daughter. Both of us are half sisters to our common older half brother. What is the relationship if any we have to each other.

To clarify things a bit my half brother is 17 years older than I am. His mother was never my stepmom. HIs other half sister is same age as I am. My half brother recently got married and both of his half sisters were in the wedding party. No one could agree on whether the half sisters were related or if related what the title / degree of relationship would be called

To your fathers, he is a half. Your step mothers daughter, was a step sister.
I have a half brother and had about 13 step brothers and sisters.
To me, we were just one family.
They are my brothers and sisters. Not halves or steps.
