You have to make the dog take the medicine.

Your vet will be able to administer the medicine -or equivalent-in another form.If your dog is persistently vomiting I am surprised he gave you medicine in the first place because had you got it down the dog chances are that the dog in this condition would have vomited that up too.
This dog needs an injection and by now probably a drip to replace fluids if it is still vomiting and getting dehydrated as a result.
Take your dog to another vet and take it now.

Dogs will vomit bile when there stomachs are very empty. What kind of medicine are you trying to give? I think a vet visit may be in order for a proper diagnosis. Good luck!

You need to take your dog to the vet 4 times is alot could be serious and might be just that the dog is sick dogs can get sick just like a human.
Don't give the dog a choice likes it or not make the dog take it.

if this is a dog not a puppy, whithold food and water for 24hours, it will reset his stomach, then you can begin feeding him and giving him water in small quantities again. It really does help, and is perfectly safe. as for the medicine you willl need to force it on him, not just expect him to take it, hes a dog, but again give him some time to settle his stomach without food in it before adding medicine in there

Take your dog to the vet. Everytime our dog starts vomitting and quits eating it is a sign that he has eaten something he shouldn't have, and it has caused some sort of blockage. better to be safe then sorry.

Four times is a lot. Too many to discount. I'd call a vet and get your dog in for an appointment pronto.
