In some areas, it's indisputable. Nobody else can afford an F-22, for instance. Computer hardware and software are hugely important, and the US are leaders in that technology.
There's nothing like a US carrier group on the world's oceans, and this again is a matter of budget. Most of the technology is actually British in concept, but the UK can't afford the things and decided to get out of the business ages ago. Something similar applies in armor, where the British ideas such as the tank itself and more recently Chobham armor have led to the development of the US Abrams tank, though it's less than clear whether it's better than its UK cousin. Anglo-American alliance makes for some very advanced weaponry, and with the US budget, we have some really nice toys.

Yes. I think so. But the military monitoring in usa is not compatible with its requirements. They provide unjustifiable information and which failed to justify step which us takes in the direction of military advancement .
