Squeezing the wound will not help. Washing the wound with soap and water is OK. But would be advisable to have yourself vaccinated for Hepatitis B is you have not yet had it. Might want to get some blood tests in a couple of months to check if you already have antibodies or if you got infected.

I'm afraid not - specially if you KNOW the needle could be infected - you need a course of injections! Tell someone and get it sorted!
