* Pagans like myself recycle and do what we can on an individual baiss to save our planet and mother earth. the problem is Christians are taught that we are to multiply and use up the earth.*

religion probably cant step in as it may affect its status and peoples beliefs! If you look back to the slaughter of Jews in the holocaust in Germany the church never actually physically complained until alot later on. To be honest in my opinion it is a hard question to answer and global warming is a scientific fact whereas the bible isn't based on science as the theory of evolution is contradicted if you are christian. I suppose if religion did step in it would help alot but you are supposed to belief these things happen because God wants it to and it will be sorted as he sees best. But this is my opinion and I am sorry if i offend anyone with it.

Global warming does not worry me much as the other factors like Islamization and liberalism.The world is very close to a nuclear disaster.

Yes, the programme on TV last night 'God is Green' was very interesting, wasn't it?
It gave me food for thought too - so organised religion is not particularly vocal on the subject, but for a person with a faith, it makes you examine your attitude towards creation and also towards the welfare of your fellowman. I need to be recycling more!

i think its because the polititians influence the people.
In the documentary "Jesus Camp" it seemed to me like the people believed global warming was fake because George W. Bush thinks its fake.
