I don't think that there is anything on God's "end" that would prevent such a thing from happening.

Origen of Alexandria (an ancient church writer) believed that all would eventually be reconciled to God, even Satan. While I don't necessarily agree that all will necessarily be reconciled to God, I do agree that this is God's desire and that it is a possibility (in that there is nothing in God that would prevent it from happening). The more appropriate question is whether Satan would desire to be reconciled to God....

Yes, he could but he knows he's going to hell anyway so he's on full throtle to wreak as much havoc as he can.
