cheese is made by fermenting milk using bacteria and then processing it to give different flavour, colour and taste. butter is the made from sour cream or curd by whisking it for a long time.
butter is just the fat part of milk but cheese contains mostly every nutrient of milk other than water and water soluble nutrients.

butter is the fat content made by heating milk ,removing the fat layer and than churning it in the mixture. Cheese is made from whole milk ,curdled and than fermented .The fermentation is for long period .
