NO, tomorrow is not the best day,
simply because you're not sure if
you're getting the answer you want..
What if he's not in expectation of your
purpose of wanting to talk to him,
You can only be hopefull, but what if
he rejects you, then you'll be hurting
this special day . .
You've to prepare yourself wether it's
yes or no, it's a risk of feelings.
To me you don't need to propose, by
your action, it will already speak the word
for you. ACTION is louder than voice . .
and it's true. then if you get the same reaction
then that's it,, you know he wants you too.
And because you're still very young, you want
to do it with words..
To make sure you hear right,, then just ask
"Do you like me too, which means you already
like him"

Propose ... is the wrong word, what you should do is write an honest in detailed e-mail and ask him to meet you afterwards ( 2-3 days ) so you can talk face to face about it.
You have nothing to loose ...

nah man. your gettin way to swept up in valentines day. You cant propose willy nilly. You have to now someone for a couple of years before you even consider marrying them AND you both have to know how you each feel. You would just make yourself look even sillier.

its natural to be shy around a guy you really like but if you really like him you should let him know in your Q you said you hinted it to him that you like him. look at it this way he didnt tell you to back down so theres hope. valentines day is the best time to let him know your feelings so go for it but be sly
