If co-joined female twins shared reproductive organs and one of the twins decided to have sex, could the other twin still claim to be a virgin. Also legally could one of the twins have sex without the others consent? If one of the twins did not want sex would this constitute rape legally?

We'll call the twins A and B. A is the hussy, B is the goodygoody.
If A puts out, B would (inescapably) lose her virginity.
Could B still claim to be a virgin? Oh, yes. People claim that every day and are lying through their lovely teeth.
There is no case law on this, but I would imagine that A would be prevented from consenting unilaterally to sex that B does not want. A's right to consent ends when someone else is getting penetrated. B is naturally along for the ride, so to speak.
Would this constitute rape? Probably so. I am aware of no precedent to consider when evaluating two-headed hotties having sex without bilateral consent. All I can say is that I'd stop if one of them was saying no.

There was a programme on TV some years ago about co-joined female twins. I cant remember which parts of their bodies were joined but they had separate sexual organs - both girls had full bodies. One was a singer and when she sang the other was just huddled in a cloth and the lighting was fixed so the singer was in light, and the twin was in shade. One of them had also had sex and the other hadnt. They did it by the same method, one was huddled up in a blanket. Of course, the guy must have known but it obviously didnt bother him!
As a teenager i remember reading about young twin girls who each had head and torso, but shared one pair of legs and sexual parts. I really cant imagine a guy getting to know one of the girls so well that he would want to have sex with her and was able to ignore the fact that she had a twin there all the time - its impossible. Since the girls only had one vagina and no doubt shared feelings in it, then i cant see how one girl could claim to be a virgin if such a bizarre sexual experience was to happen. Unless a man was of seriously below average intelligence i doubt if he would get himself into a situation where one twin said yes to sex and the other didnt.
It is an interesting question but there are so few twins in that situation (i imagine) that it is unlikely to happen. Also twins like that are hardly out on the pull are they? They are probably carefully looked after with not much opportunity for that kind of adventure.

scarlet, don't call the asker he or she could be a co-joined twin, well i really do not know how to answer this question. watever they do has to be by mutual consent. remember twins the twins that were joined to the neck, they wanted to be seperated, d were told the operation was a 50-50 chnceof being successful and oneor both of them may die in they attempt. one of the twins became scared and would have opted out if she had her way, but the other desperately wanted to go through even if itkills them, well to cut the story short, d did not survive the operation, want i want to bring about is the fact that there was a mutual consent, even thought one of them them did it to please the other.
it is a hard question to answer anyway. if u are in that situation, good luck.

friend.. i am in the same situation so i feel for you.. we try to do it when the other ones asleep but he keeps waking up?? My advice is to slip on the other ones favourite dvd, to distract them, turn the lights down and then make your move with the other one.. good luck
