Your height is predetermined by genetics. You can stunt it by improper diet, etc but there is nothing you can do to be taller. Exercise will not make your bones lengthen...it only keeps them strong and keeps you fit and toned. A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18. At the age of 22, your growth is complete. Enjoy who you are! If you are confident and exude confidence, you will appear taller than you are. Height doesn't make the person, personality and confidence is what counts!
