He stands facing me, but talking to anyine else in the room. I really think he's doing this just to watch me. I could be imagining it. But I don't think so. I have noticed him doing this over the past two years. He comes into my department at work and talks to everybody but me, but he always faces me! No matter where I am standing. And he's always near the time clock...talking to someone...just as I punch in. He speaks and then walks away.
Is he using a GUY PLOY that I haven't heard of yet?
Tonight, I think he finally revealed his feelings for me. But I'm still unsure.

He seems to be interested in you and was not sure how to proceed. I have tried it may be once or twice, but in persistance like him. He seems unsured of himself, and probably shy too.
He was probably trying to hide beteen the idea of having conversation with somebody else, but in fact his heart was with you. I don't know.
Whatever, he seemed to have tried to give you clues thinking that you would probably pick up the signals and react, but alas yuo did not!
Now he has done it himself. Well, give him the benefit of the doubt.
Proceed with caution. Take him on and see how things develope further and how. You might have an opportunities of even asking him why was he behaving like that? What was he trying to tell you.

You better talk with him and try to know more about him and then decide yourself. Ask him for time.
