You can't increase your height, if you are fully grown(+-21 -23), you will only get shorter with age.

When you wish to increase your height you should not expect it within short time. To increase one's height it depends upon many factors. Such as family background, your sitting habits, your present age etc.
However, the best exercises for increasing height is to start some free hand exercises, yogasanas, jogging, pull ups on high bar. But it requires continuous exercising.

if u want to increase your height you must stand up on your toes tips and raise your hands up straight, then come down to your normal position and repeat the exercise. you must go up on your toes for 30 secs each time and do 2 sets of the xercise of 20 each every day.
play sports like basketball that require you to stretch.

You can't increase height by doing exercise, pull ups etc.
It is only natural growth, hereditary and parents. All others are bogus.

do pull ups.. daily.. u can increase ur height... and reduce carbohydrate intake in food... skip lunch 4 few days n ve only vegetables n fruits.....
