i have done yoga for weight loss.n withing 15 days i lost 5 kgs. tis is the best part of yoga, u DONT sweat doin yoga, i asked the same questn to my yoga teacher, he told me tats the trick, yoga concentrates on the muscles/fat internally, n we dont sweat but lose weight...i feel really active n fresh after yoga....oh yes, u will deft lose weight..dont leave the yoga..n try to increaese it 4-5 days a week....i did 6 days a week for 1 hr daily. do u do...parvataasan, sarpasan, namaskar?? good for blood circulation.

Your question is not clear. Have you reduced 3 kg without sweating but by doing Yoga. If so, it is really good and continue. If you did not reduce but want to reduce 3 kg, combine Yoga and diet. Or increase breathing to burn food.

Do your self a favor and have a cheese burger. Keep up the yoga but for the love of God don't emaciate your self.

you have to eat the right foods.
get a trainer to help you with diet and exercise.
go to the YMCA or any local gym..there you will find people like yourself who are like minded
see a doctor before starting any diet or exercise regime..have a physical and blood work done...you might be insulin resistant ask the doctor about this as sometime that is the cause of your excess weight..also if doc does not know this then look this up on the Internet and become knowledgeable on the subject....
