Use the BMI to figure out what your "Normal" weight range. If you are actually in your normal range, you'll have an idea if you should be on the low end or the high end based on your body type and muscle composition. BMI is a starting point - you might find that you look heavy on the high end, or way too skinny on the low end, so you have to figure it out for yourself.

Never be afraid to reexamine your goals to keep them realistic.
