Looks like you are suffering from neurosis, anxiety etc. Your blood pressure could also be fluctuating. Better to see doctor. And to get rid of your phobia of doctors, pl. take Bach Flower Essences Mimulus and Aspen. To know more about Bach Flower Essences, go to:

If you cannot go to doctor in the next few days, try Rescue Remedy (a combination of Bach Flower Essences for emergencies).

You have an anxiety disorder and have been controlling it with medications. Think of your pregnancy as an opportunity. You can't take your regular meds for obvious reasons, so get with a counselor and develop some coping skills to help you deal with the anxiety naturally. My advice: find a counselor and ask them about cognitive behavioral therapy (or at least find some good literature on CBT). Good luck.

Deep breaths, and make yourself go.have a friend for support...Maybe it is your medicine your taking? maybe you need a a change....stop reading about that crap....read hypochondriac. My mom was...

I would say he first step is the doctor: See what he has to say. Take care of the anxiety first, then on to the shaking and other problems.
They may be psychotic instead of physical. You may just need something to stabilize yourself mentally. In our fast paced society of today it's not a wonder that many more people can't handle what's going on.
