It could be a medical condition, or just nervousness. Either way, you're probably better off checking it with a doctor.

Hi R
Sounds like you got the shakes, but if you been a seious drinker for sometime you would already know all about it
Ooops I thought you said '' if I am hiding a drink'' ... lol I was wondering why would you want to hide a drink?
You don't say how old you are but I know that some elderly people develop symptoms like this & it could be many things, such as low blood-sugar level ( a good test is the next time it starts, eat a sweet biscuit & see if it stops), diabetes or even onset of parkinsons disease, I do not want to scare you but it very well could be something quite serious so the important thing to do is to make an appointment & go to visit your doctor.
hope it nothing to worry about

Do you drink too much? Is this why you're hiding the drink? If that's the case, the twitching could be because you're tensed up hoping not to be discovered drinking. I don't know. Try to stop drinking for a while, and see if the twitching stops. If not, get yourself to your doctor.

all have given solid suggestion so a techniques.. it relatively isn't any longer their fault that there is no relatively rapid or common fix ... i'm a working laptop or pc tech... you the two have an endemic - or corrupted utility - or an overheating processor - or a mixture of all of those - it relatively is assuming you have examined the keyboard and mouse on yet another pc and you're relatively confident that they the two artwork advantageous for long classes on yet another pc - your answer is - take the pc to an outstanding fix save

I suggest you go and see a doctor. Could be nothing, but could be something neurological.

Look up Tourette's Syndrome because I have a friend who developed it recently.
I thought you could only get it when you were a kid... I was wrong...
My friend was 25 when he developed Tourette's.
Google it and get help.
